fixed fee, scoped up front
A fixed-scope engagement covering the full CQC application: statement of purpose, policy frameworks, supporting documentation, and inspection prep. Final fee depends on the regulated activities and complexity of your clinic.

no minimum engagement
Ad-hoc consultancy covering policy reviews, inspection preparation, adding regulated activities, or expert advice on a specific issue. Pay only for the time you need.
