When you take a card payment through CallidusOS, we add a gentle 0.1% platform fee, about 10p in every £100. Most clinics barely notice it. Standard Stripe card processing fees are separate and go to Stripe.

When your 14-day trial ends, your chosen plan simply begins and you carry on with everything already set up. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost. If it is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Yes. We take your card details when you start your free trial so your plan can begin smoothly once the 14 days are up. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

Yes, anytime. You can move from Starter to Aesthetics, add or remove team seats, or add Memberships or Clinic Digital whenever it suits you, all from Settings in the app. Changes take effect from your next billing date.
Memberships is a £10/month add-on for either plan. Your patients pre-pay onto a branded account balance each month from their saved card, and spend it on treatments at the till. You choose the name and the monthly amount. It is the usual 0.1% on each top-up and nothing else. Turn it on or off anytime in Settings, and any balances a patient has built up always stay theirs.
Yes, properly. Your patients, appointments and history come across with you, carefully checked, so nothing is lost and you do not have to start from scratch. A real person stays alongside you until it feels like home.
