Marketing

Marketing & Design Lead

Full-time UK · Remote-friendly

We'd rather find one brilliant generalist than two siloed specialists. You'll design the print and brand collateral our clinic clients order through us (leaflets, brochures, signage, business cards, branded uniforms) and run their day-to-day marketing accounts (social media, blog posts, Google Business profile). You'll be the person clinics speak to and the person whose work goes on their walls.

What you'll do

Design print and brand collateral for clinic clients: leaflets, brochures, business cards, signage, uniforms
Run client social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok end-to-end
Write SEO-optimised monthly blog posts
Manage Google Business profiles and local SEO for client clinics
Liaise with our white-label print suppliers to produce and ship physical goods
Help shape the Marketing service as we build it out from day one

What you'll bring

3+ years of graphic design experience with a print-strong portfolio
Hands-on social media management experience for client accounts (agency-side ideal)
Strong copywriting instincts and a clean, modern visual eye
Adobe Creative Suite (or Figma + equivalent) fluency
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
Bonus: prior clinic, healthcare, or beauty industry experience
