CallidusOS is a small UK team with deep roots in clinical practice and healthcare technology. We build the calm, all-in-one platform we always wished our own clinics had.
Our story
Why we built CallidusOS.
We started CallidusOS because we kept watching clinics struggle with software that did not fit. One system for booking, another for records, a third for invoicing, a fourth for marketing. None of them talked to each other, and none were built for the way an aesthetic clinic really works.
Our team includes people who lived that every day, including practising clinicians. We knew there had to be a calmer way, so we built it. CallidusOS is one login, everything connected, CQC-aligned from the start, with help that genuinely saves time rather than adding to the pile.
Today we are focused on one thing. Giving aesthetic clinics across the UK the tools to look after their patients beautifully, without the admin weight.
