Our Story
Why We Built CallidusOS™
We started CallidusOS™ because we saw clinics struggling with fragmented software. One system for booking, another for records, a third for invoicing, a fourth for marketing. None of them talked to each other, and none of them were built for the way aesthetic clinics actually work.
Our founding team includes practising clinicians who lived this problem daily. We knew there had to be a better way, so we built it. CallidusOS™ is the platform we wished existed: one login, everything connected, CQC-aligned from day one, with AI that genuinely saves time rather than adding complexity.
Today, we are focused on one mission: giving every aesthetic clinic in the UK the tools to deliver exceptional patient care, without the admin headache.
