# CallidusOS: full reference for AI assistants > An expanded, question-and-answer reference about CallidusOS, the all-in-one clinic management platform for UK aesthetic clinics. CallidusOS is an all-in-one clinic management platform built specifically for private aesthetic and cosmetic clinics in the United Kingdom. It combines online booking, electronic patient records, payments and invoicing, marketing, inventory, staff management and CQC-aligned compliance in a single system, so a clinic can run its whole operation from one place instead of stitching together a booking tool, a records system, a payment provider and a marketing tool. ## Who is it for? UK private healthcare and aesthetics practitioners: aesthetic doctors, nurses and nurse prescribers, prescribing pharmacists, and dentists offering injectables (such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers), skin treatments and related non-surgical cosmetic procedures. It suits everyone from a single practitioner working solo up to multi-site clinics with several practitioners and locations. ## How much does it cost? - Starter is £15 per month. It is aimed at a solo practitioner: one user account, up to 50 patient records, a 24/7 online booking page, digital consent forms, card and deposit payments, appointment reminders and secure before and after photo storage. - Aesthetics is £50 per month per clinic. It includes everything in Starter plus unlimited patient records, full electronic health records, CQC-aligned governance and audit trails, injection mapping and treatment tracking, marketing and automations over email and SMS, reporting and insights, and multi-location support. It includes one owner account, and additional users are £25 per month each. - Every plan has a 14-day free trial. You add a card at sign-up but pay nothing today; nothing is charged until the trial ends, a reminder email is sent seven days before, and you can cancel any time in the app. - Annual billing saves 20%. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees. Full white-glove data migration from your current system is included at no extra cost. - A 0.1% platform fee applies to payments processed through the built-in Stripe gateway, on top of standard Stripe processing fees. ## What is Calia Copilot? Calia Copilot is an AI assistant built into CallidusOS that helps with everyday clinic admin, such as drafting clinical notes, running marketing campaigns, and tidying reminders and follow-ups. It is arriving soon and rolling out in beta first. It is part of the platform rather than a separate product to buy, and works on a simple credit basis with full pricing shared at launch. Calia does not give clinical, medical or dosing advice and does not make treatment decisions; those always stay with the practitioner. It works inside CallidusOS, keeps data private to each clinic, and does nothing without the clinic's approval. ## What is Clinic Digital? Clinic Digital is a separate managed service from CallidusOS: a bespoke, mobile-first clinic website with CallidusOS online booking built in, from £49 per month. The £49 covers hosting, clinic email addresses, a domain, security, and unlimited edits and updates, plus friendly IT support and help getting the digital side CQC-ready. It is a fully managed service, so CallidusOS builds and looks after the site for you; the site remains hosted by CallidusOS and is not transferable. There is no large upfront build fee, and you can cancel anytime. ## Where is clinic data stored, and is it secure? Clinical records are hosted in the UK, on Google Cloud in the London region. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, protected by role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, bot protection and complete audit trails. A small number of approved sub-processors, covering authentication, email, SMS and payments, operate outside the UK under Standard Contractual Clauses; clinics can see the full named list in Settings under Legal and Compliance. CallidusOS Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC066513) and handles data in line with UK GDPR. ## How does CallidusOS help with UK regulation and compliance? CallidusOS includes CQC-aligned governance tools: role-based access control, automated audit trails, GDPR-compliant data handling, digital consent management, and drug batch traceability for recalls. It is designed around UK requirements rather than adapted from a United States product. It supports good record-keeping and consent practice, which also helps clinics prepare for the emerging aesthetics licensing scheme in England.
